Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: June 2026

This statement is made in the spirit of transparency and good practice. Uraeun is a professional services company registered in England and Wales. We are committed to ethical conduct across all our operations and publish this statement voluntarily.

Our Structure

Uraeun operates as a lean, remote-first professional services organisation delivering administrative, compliance, logistics, and technology services. Our operational model is designed around trusted partnerships with reputable, regulated third-party technology providers rather than traditional supply chains involving physical goods or manufacturing.

Our Commitment

Uraeun is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour play no part in our business or any services we engage with. We will not knowingly engage with any supplier, partner, or platform found to be involved in any form of exploitation.

Due Diligence

Our due diligence consists of selecting reputable, regulated third-party service providers — including Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, and Microsoft — who publish their own modern slavery and human rights policies, and remaining vigilant to any concerns in our operating environment. We review our third-party relationships on an ongoing basis.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns regarding modern slavery or exploitation connected to Uraeun may be reported to [email protected]. Reports can also be made to the Modern Slavery Helpline: 0800 0121 700.
